RICHARDSON, Robert Grady, 90, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2016.
Bob was a realtor, having worked for Joe Guy Hagan and Rainey Jones Associates. He eventually started his own firm with Anita Eisenminger. He was a member of Deer Park Baptist Church since 1955 and an Army Veteran. He was also a member of VFW Middletown Post, the Cardinal Athletic Fund, and Goldsmith Lane Recreation. Bob was the founder of Buechel Babe Ruth Baseball, where he also coached for 35 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace Grady and Willie (Archer) Richardson, as well as several siblings.
Bob is survived by his sons, Robert N. “Butch” Richardson (Lynda) and Charles H. “Chuck” Richardson (Tina); grandchildren, Todd, Terry, Brett, Brook, and Kristy; great grandchildren, Sydney, Tyler, Aly, Risse, Charlie, and Bret; sister, Nell Boone (Dutch); and step-sisters, Jean, Louise, Dorothy, and Virginia.
Visitation will be 3-8pm Friday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road. His service will be 1pm Saturday at Deer Park Baptist Church, 1733 Bardstown Road, with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
