Obituary for Betty Olmsted Zeller

ZELLER, BETTY OLMSTED, 84, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, December 9, 2010 surrounded by her children and grandchildren.
She was a Red Cross volunteer's nurse's aide during World War II, former dietician at the old St. Anthony Hospital, former RN at Baptist Hospital East, graduated from Nazareth College in 1948 (cum laude) with a BS in Home Economics, graduated from Spalding University (cum laude) 1977 with BS in nursing, alumni of Presentation Academy and Spalding University, a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, and had a passionate love of the Blessed Virgin Mary and devotion to the Rosary.
She is survived by her sons, Joe Zeller (Linda) and Bob Zeller (Lisa); daughters, Karen Marsh (Don), Mary Beth Zeller (Ron Riddle), Anita Wunderlin (Dick), and Janet Zeller (Jay Jackson); eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and friend and companion cat, Leeza.
Her funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday, December 13, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 3345 Lexington Rd, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-5 p.m. Sunday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
