Charles Michael (Mickey) Dugan of Louisville, KY died peacefully at his home in Louisville KY on May 7, 2020. He was born on May 4, 1939 to the late Joseph and Eleanor Dugan. He was a graduate of St. Xavier High School and spent his professional career as an Independent Insurance Agent in Louisville. He enjoyed spending time in Florida during the winter with his family and friends. He loved reading and the outdoors.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph L. and Eleanor Moore Dugan, his sister, Shirley Vittitow and brother, Joseph L. Dugan.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Dugan, children, Karen Owen, Steve Dugan (Margaret), David Dugan (Mary), Dan Dugan (Kathy), stepchildren Patrick Roberts (Kari) and Meagan Metten (Derek). He is also survived by his siblings Fred Dugan (Suzanne), Carmie Bolton (Paul), Louie Dugan (JoAnn), and sister in law Evelyn Dugan. He had fifteen grandchildren: Nick Owen (Liz), Ben Owen (Chelsa), Nate Owen, Zack Owen, Brian Dugan, Kristin Applegate (Chad), Chris Dugan, Alex Dugan, Sam Dugan, Hannah Dugan, Jack Ryan Dugan, Ethan, Nolan and Declan Roberts, and Barrett Metten. Great grandchildren Colin and Sarah Owen, Sadie and Tess Owen and Hunter and Hattye Rose Applegate.
A private burial service will be held under the direction of Highland Funeral Home. Celebration of Life Mass will be held at Rabbouni Catholic Community at a later date.
