Dave Clark, 51 of Louisville passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2019.
Dave is survived by his loving wife, Melinda Clark, his son, Holden Clark, his parents, George and Jane Clark and his sisters, Cindy Rubino (Sal) and Sarah Clark.
Visitation will be Monday, May 6, from 4 pm to 8 pm at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. Funeral Mass will be 10 AM Tuesday at St.Stephen Martyr Catholic Church, 2931 Pindell Ave, Louisville KY 40217. Cremation will follow.
