David is survived by his wife, Jena; children, Shawn, Carrie Haggard (Jerry), and Janna Mathews (Josh); brother, Jim (Sheila); sister, Nancy (Ed); and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were his greatest treasures. He also has many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
