Debris “Deborah” Sue Baumer, 73, of Louisville passed away Saturday, April 29, 2023.
She was employed through the Archdiocese of Louisville for over 30 years, and a member of St. Stephen Martyr Catholic Church in Louisville. She loved her family and friends dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Audrey (Coble) Gordon; her sister, Pamela Zehnder; and brothers, Richard, Jr. and Stewart Gordon.
She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Ed Baumer; children, Jason Baumer (Crystal) and Holly Baumer Smith (Christopher); her grandson, August Baumer; sister, Cindy Fox; and brother, Arthur Gordon (Phyllis).
Her funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 4, 2023 at St. Stephen Martyr Catholic Church, 2931 Pindell Ave., with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
