Obituary for Diana Meador Walls
Walls, Diana (Meador), born March 12th, 1943, died on April 24th, 2021 after a brief illness.
She retired from local government where she made many friends. She was always helping someone else and was a friend to all humans and animals. If Diana wasn't chasing down a stray dog, she was taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren-- always willing to offer a helping hand.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Joseph Walls; 4 children, Joseph Kevin Walls, Rhonda Walls Dowdy (Kelly Kahl), Kristi Walls Harris (Sheri Kiser), and Kenneth Allen Walls (Julie); 8 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
Diana’s memorial visitation will be on Wednesday, May 5th, 2021, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, with her funeral service at 5:00 pm, at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
Donations can be made in Diana's honor to the Kentucky Humane Society.
