Obituary for Enola R "Becky" Davern (Ziegler)
Enola Rebecca Davern, “Becky”, 75 of Louisville, passed away on March 2, 2021 in the comforting presence of her family and friends.
Becky was a retired Respiratory Therapist at Baptist Hospital. She was a bright and shining soul who enjoyed traveling, the world and adventures in new places. She loved socializing with all of her friends and family and loved them dearly.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John “Jack” Davern, her parents, Lyman and Dora Ziegler, brothers, Buck, Raymond, John, William and James Ziegler and her sisters, June Rath and Anne Hood.
She is survived by her sons, Robert “Jeff” Barley, James Barley and Jason Pryor (Jill), 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and her sister, Betty Coleman and her best friend and caregiver, Peggy Hatcher.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 7th from 1-4pm with her funeral service at 4pm at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
Donations in Enola Davern's honor can be made to Little Sisters of the Poor or Kosair Shrine.
