Heather Dawn Kirgan, 47, was born Nov. 22, 1970 and passed away October 6, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donnie Kirgan.
She is survived by her daughters, Kaelin, Katie, and Kristen Ross; sister, Leslie Kirgan (Iain); mother, Sharon Wieland (John); step-mother, De Kirgan; and companion, Russ Tinsley.
Her memorial service will be at noon, Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until noon, Wednesday, at the funeral home.
