Imogene “Jean” Spaulding-McWilliams, passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2023.

She was born in Burlington, KY, she was a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church and owned and operated Spaulding Associates Advertising Agency for over 30 years. Member of the American Kennel Club and Louisville Kennel Club.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, William Spaulding, Sr. and Kenneth Edward McWilliams; son, William Spaulding, Jr.; and parents, Robert and Katherine (Bates) Kelly.

She is survived by her son, Richard Joseph Spaulding, Sr. (Nancy); brothers, Robert Kelton Kelly, Jr., Charles B. and Carroll Kelly; grandchildren, Richard, Jr. and Katherine Spaulding, Andrew Brewer, and Tia Calhoun; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and great-nieces.

Her funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, February 10, 2023 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with entombment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 pm - 6 p.m. Thursday, February 9th, 2023, and from 12:00 Noon until time of service on Friday at Highlands.
