Obituary for James Roy "Jamie" McGoff
James R. McGoff, “Jamie” age 51, passed away on December 7, 2021. He is survived by his Mother, Anita Darlene and Father James McGoff, Sr. Jamie also leaves behind his wife, Elizabeth Parker McGoff and two step children, Anna and Matthew Prexler.
Jamie grew up in Louisville, Kentucky. He loved to play the guitar. He never knew a stranger, always making new friends and making everyone feel welcomed. He had a super personality always making others laugh. He had such a good heart, always giving to others and thinking of himself last.
His smile and laugh would light up the room. He loved fiercely and deeply, and he will be greatly missed. We take comfort in knowing that Jamie is now at peace surrounded by warmth and light.
Visitation/Memorial will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, KY 40205.
