RUTLEDGE, JAMES V., 58, of Louisville, passed away Friday, December 31, 2010.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lee W. Rutledge Jr.
He is survived by his mother, the former Lucille M. Gerard; brother, David L. Rutledge (Stacey); sisters, Linda S. Payne and Debra A. Botner; and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at Highlands.
