Obituary for John Michael Connaughton
John Michael “Mike” Connaughton, 74, went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 11th, 2021, surrounded by his family.
He retired as CFO from Dahlem Realty Company. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Phyllis Connaughton; his mother (Letha Connaughton); his sister (Mary Price); his daughter (Debbie & Norman Madden); his son (John and Amanda Connaughton); and his three grandchildren (Aaron, Megan, and Sean), as well as a host of friends who loved him dearly.
A viewing is set for Tuesday, June 15th, 2021,12:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M., and Wednesday, June 16th, 2021, 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M., with his funeral service at 12:00 P.M., at Highland’s Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, KY 40205. A procession to Resthaven Cemetery will follow at 1:00 P.M.
