John B. English, 94 of Bedford, passed peacefully, Friday, December 21, surrounded by his family.
He was born, September 11, 1924 in Washington, Ohio to the late Clark and Minnie Marie Burkhart English. He proudly served his country in the Army during WWII. He owned his own company, John B. English Plumbing. And was a member of Kosair Shrine Temple and a member of the Mason Lodge #732.
He is survived by his son, Jason English; daughter, Linda Glore (Wayne); and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, December 28, 2018 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, Ky 40205. Visitation will 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Highlands Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens- East.
