Obituary for Joseph F. Weaver
Joseph F. Weaver, 94, of Louisville, passed away on February 12, 2022, at Baptist Health.
He was born in Nashville, TN on August 21,1927. Joe attended Ball State University and was a World War II Army veteran. He was the retired vice president of sales for Pantasote. He was also a Mason, a charter member and three-term president of Hurstbourne Country Club, and a member of Forest Country Club in Ft Myers, FL, and St. Matthews United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mamie Black Weaver; and his brothers, Bill and Phil Weaver.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Mary Ellen Weaver; his children, Jim Weaver, Vicki Litton (Gary), and Gregg Weaver (Andrea); his stepson, Jeff Goulder (Shannon); and his granddaughters, Iris Weaver, and Maddie and Ellen Goulder.
Visitation will be at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd., Louisville, KY 40205, on Friday, February 18, 2022, from 10:30 a.m - 12:00 p.m.
His service will follow at 12 Noon Friday at Highlands. Burial will be private.
