Obituary for Margaret Moeller (Horn)
Moeller, Margaret (Horn), 93, passed away Friday, April 20, 2018.
Born to the late Harriett (Wilson) and William Horn, Sr., She was a graduate of Wallens Creek High School and retired after 30 plus years as a telephone operator at Bell South. She enjoyed Redbirds games, UK basketball, Cincinnati Reds, sewing and Wallens Creek Luncheons.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald “Jerry” Moeller, Sr.; sisters, Anna Hall and Cecil Schlemmer and brothers, William Horn, Jr. and David Horn.
She is survived by her daughter, Harriet Woods (John); grandchildren, Chris Steinmetz, Amanda Stark (Michael), and Kasse Steinmetz and great-grandchildren, Kinley, Sadie and Riley Stark.
Her funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with entombment at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her service Tuesday at Highlands.
