Obituary for Margaret Phyllis Swinney (Niehoff)
Margaret Phyllis Swinney, 84, of Louisville, KY, left us, peacefully on February 18, 2021.
Phyllis was born on December 13th, 1936 to Joseph Niehoff and Florence Theresa Farrell of Louisville, KY.
She met Ray Wellman Swinney, and they wed in 1955, raising four children.
Phyllis was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Florence, Husband, Ray Wellman Swinney, daughter, Susan Roby. She is survived by three children, Stephen Swinney (Mindy), Son-in-law, Jeff Roby, Greg Swinney (Lisa), Stacey Swinney (Mike); Two Brothers, Charlie Niehoff (Carol), Tommy Niehoff (Joyce), and sister, Judy Dages; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
The Celebration of Life will be held this summer.
