Marilyn Joyce Burns Edington 73 of Louisville passed away May 1, 2022, at home. She was born in Springfield, KY to Leona and Robert C. Burns on June 8, 1948. She was a member of Christ Church United Methodist.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband Terry W. Edington, her parents, and her brother Bobby D. Burns.
She is survived by her sons Adam S. Haysley, Sr. (Jenny) and Ret. Lt. Col. Brian D. Haysley USAF (Chelsea) Colorado Springs, CO, daughters Leslie Edington (Kevin Mullins) Bradenton, FL, and Lynne Northrup (Mike) Stratford, CT., sister Janice Burns, grandchildren Hannah, Adam, Jr., Emma, Candice, Liam, and Chloe.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to Noon, Monday, May 9, 2022, at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with the funeral proceeding, at Noon. Burial will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East, 11601 Ballardsville Rd.
