Obituary for Martha Hanley
HANLEY, Martha A. Carter, 68, 0f Louisville, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Baptist East Hospital.
Born in Louisville, she was a server at John E’s Restaurant for 20 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, O.L & Lois Carter and a sister, Sandra Brown.
Martha is survived by her husband, Ron Hanley; sons, Scott and Chris Slusher; sisters, Sharon Collinsworth and Pam Jeffries; brother, Mark Carter; and several nieces and nephews.
Her visitation will be from 4-8 p.m., Monday, February 21, 2011 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with both a private service and burial to follow.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Oncology Dept. at Baptist East Hospital.
