HUELSMAN, Martin “Roland”, 86, of Louisville, passed away on Friday, June 20, 2014 at Baptist Health Louisville.
Born in Louisville, he worked in Management at the former Standard Oil Co/Chevron. He was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church, and a US Army veteran of the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by a son, Richard Huelsman.
Roland is survived by his loving wife, the former Shirley Ann Sullivan; children, Marty Huelsman (Amy), Sandy Ernst (Dave), Cindy Terrell (Bob), and Linda Crawford (John); brother, Edwin Huelsman; 12 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
His funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 pm on Monday, June 23 at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 6500 St. Bernadette Avenue, Prospect, KY, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm on Sunday at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
