Obituary for Mary Margaret Crush (Siemens)
Mary Margaret Siemens Crush, 91, passed away on January 23, 2021, at Baptist Health Louisville.
She was born on Christmas Day, 1929. She was a longtime member of our Lady of Lourdes parish, Big Spring Country Club, The Bonnycastle Club, Knights of Columbus, Queens' Daughters, and a charter member of the “Dizzy Dozen” friends.
She was active in service through her church as an eucharistic minister, bereavement committee member, and a visitor to the homebound.
She was an avid reader, loved to play bridge, and was an excellent “putter"!
Mary was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, Charlie; an infant son; and four brothers, Bill, George, Jim; their wives; Joe Siemens; and brother-in-law, Moan Crush.
Mary is survived by her children, Karen, Chuck (Pat), Carol (Joe), LeeAnn (Craig), and Brian; her sister, Betty (Smudge) Martin; sisters-in-law, Carol Siemens, Peggy Crush; cousin, Evelyn Siemens; 10 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren; her faithful friend, Bette Zeller; along with numerous caring relatives and friends.
Due to COVID 19, burial will be private and a Catholic Mass and memorial will be held at a later date.
