Obituary for Mary Dolores "Dee" Hall
Mary Dolores "Dee" Hall died Friday, February 25, 2022, surrounded by her daughters. She was born September 19, 1929, to the late Louis and Lorina Herde Soeder of Louisville. Dee was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Joseph Hall, and her brothers, Louis and Joseph Soeder.
She graduated from Atherton Girls High School and was a member of the Amicitia Club. In 1997, she retired as office manager from Boehl, Stopher, Graves and Deindoerfer. Dee was a member of St. William Church and a founding member of Resurrection Church, where she and Joe could be found each summer working at the ballpark. She loved shopping, crossword puzzles, cards, and anything related to her family.
She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Hall, Donna Hall (Peggy), Valerie Roberts and Lori Thompson (Joe); and her grandchildren, Leah, Michael, and Chrisanna Roberts.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 2, 2022, 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, KY 40205.
Her funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, March 3, 2022, at St. James Catholic Church, 1826 Edenside Avenue, Louisville, KY 40204, with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Mt. Washington, KY.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to the Presentation Academy Scholarship Fund or the St. William Church / St. Vincent de Paul Society.
