Harris, Mary Margaret “Peggy”, 85, of Louisville, passed away Friday, May 21, 2010.
She was a retired nursing assistant for Dr. George C. Stege and a member of St. Rita Catholic Church.
Peggy is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Marcus “Mark” Harris, her sons, Dennis James Harris and Charles Michael Harris and brother, John K. Greene.
She is survived by her son, John C. Harris; daughter, Margaret Susan Harris; brothers, James D. Greene (JoAnn) and Joe B. Greene, Jr. (Cora) and sisters, Kathryn J. “Nickie” Schoenbachler (E.B.) and Bette Zeller.
Her funeral service will be at Noon Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at St. Rita Catholic Church, 8709 Preston HWY with burial in St. Edward Cemetery. Cremation was chosen.
Visitation will be from 5:00 -8:00 p.m. Sunday, May 23 and from 3:00 -8:00 p.m. Monday, May 24 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
