Obituary for Mary "Lucy" Osborne
OSBORNE, Mary “Lucy”, 84, of Louisville, passed away Friday, December 18, 2020 at Springhurst Pines.
She was born on November 2, 1936 in Marion County. She was a graduate of St. Charles High School and went on to further her education with 2 years of radiology training from St. Joseph Hospital. She worked as an X-Ray Tech for 14 years at St. Joseph, 12 years in various doctor’s offices, and several years at Norton Children’s Hospital. Lucy loved to travel and enjoyed card parties with her friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, HP Osborne, Jr. and Thelma Elizabeth (Luckett) Osborne; brothers, Thomas “Bill” Osborne and George “Henry” Osborne; and her nephew, Michael Glen Osborne.
Lucy is survived by siblings, Elizabeth, Terry and Felix (Vivian) Osborne; 5 nephews, and 3 nieces.
Her funeral service will be on Monday, December 28 at 1:00 pm at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road with burial in St. Augustine Cemetery, Lebanon, KY. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until time of service.
