Obituary for Mary K. Pierce
Mary Kathryn Pierce, 95, born in Fairdale, KY, passed away on Monday, July 8, 2019, at Baptist East Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her son, Kevin.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen M. Pierce.
Memorial Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, from 5-8pm, at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. A Memorial Mass will be at 10am on Thursday, July 18, 2019, at St. Teresa of Calcutta (formerly St. Jerome), 903 Fairdale Rd.
She was an avid gardener and reader, and very much the fashionista. She loved her family and was a great mother. She will be truly missed.
