She is survived by her loving husband, Frank Lecil Rice; children, Russell, Steven, and Karen; grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, and Michael; and great-grandson, Maxwell.

Her funeral service will be at 12:00pm on Saturday, December 21, at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10:00am until the time of service.
