Mary Suzanne Chirch Wuetcher Bailey was the daughter of Richard Arthur Chirch and his wife, Phoebe Alice Lewis, born in Bloomington, Indiana on February 23, 1928. Mrs. Bailey was the widow of John S. Wuetcher, Jr. and Earl F. Bailey, and was a retired executive secretary for Reliance Universal, Inc., where she worked for 24 years. She was a former member of St. Joseph’s Church, and a current member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church; the Queen’s Daughters; the National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution, John Marshall Chapter; Society of Descendants of Washington’s Army at Valley Forge; National Society of Daughters of 1812; Daughters of American Colonists; National Society Colonial Dames XVII Century; Filson Club; Louisville Genealogical Society; and Speed Art Museum Society.

She is survived by her nieces and nephews, and her care-giver, Angela Dukes. The family would like to thank all those at Magnolia Springs for their loving care of Sue. Memorials may be sent to St. Joseph’s Church or to John Marshall Chapter, NSDAR.

Visitation will be on Monday, January 21, from 5:00-6:00pm, at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd, with a funeral service to follow at 6:00pm.
