Obituary for Maurice A. Kline

KLINE, MAURICE ANTHONY "BUD," 92, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at The Altenheim.
Bud was a retired financial manager and worked for Dial Finance, Northwestern Finance and Wells Fargo. He was member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church, a 1935 graduate of St. X High School and a Baptist Hospital East Volunteer. Bud was a fun loving, natural comedian who brought laughter and smiles to all who knew him. He was an avid golfer at Seneca Golf course, a regular bowling team member at Rose Bowl, and a nickel and dime card player with his friends and relatives.
Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Lillian Draut Kline; and his sisters, Doris Miller and Pat Berridge of Texas; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence E. Kline; and his mother, Anna Gnau Kline; as well his brothers, Norman C. Kline, and Raymond Kline; and his sisters, Helen Barker and Mae Kline.
His funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 18, at St. Barnabas Catholic Church, 3042 Hikes Ln, with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday, at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
