Michael Alexander "Alex" Cannon, 26, passed away on June 4th, 2023. He was born on May 9th, 1997 in Louisville, Kentucky to parents Taylor and Tammy Cannon.
Alex loved life, spending time in nature, and sharing moments with his friends. He was a gentle, generous soul, whose presence and energy will be eternally missed.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marjorie "Bunny" & Donald Whitney; and Danny & Cecil Cannon.
Left to cherish his memory are his father, Taylor Cannon; his mother, Tammy Cannon (John Cavin); his brother, Ryan Cannon; his dog Zane; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and companions.
The memorial gathering will be Friday, June 9th, 2023 beginning at 4 p.m. with a service at 7 p.m. at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd., Louisville, KY 40205. Expressions of compassion may be made by taking a long walk with loved ones and lifting your face to the sun.
