Mildred Gerth Stutzenberger Brown | Visit Guest Book
BROWN, MILDRED GERTH STUTZENBERGER, 94 of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2010.
She was a charter and life-time member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Marine Corps # 729, past matron of Crescent Hill Order of the Eastern Star # 265, former member of American Legion Auxiliary 201, former member of Cedar Creek Homemakers and former member of Fern Creek Women's Club. She was also a member of Buechel United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady B. Brown; parents, George and Ruby Gerth; her sons, George Stutzenberger Jr. and Garland Stutzenberger; daughter, Shirley Bradley; sister, Norma Gentry; and grandson, Barry Stutzenberger. She is survived by a stepson, Barry Brown of Utah (Juanita); 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 21, 2010 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens East Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. on Thursday at Highlands.
