Obituary for Myrtie Petri (England)
Myrtie England Petri, 81 passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 30, 2018. She was a native of Hart County, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-four years, John Petri. She was a member of Southend Church of Christ in Louisville, Ky.
She is survived by her three sons, Darryl Petri (Kathy), Glenn Petri (Valinda), Mark Petri; grandchildren, Emily Petri Rush (Jake), Mason Petri; a brother, Lowell England (Beulah); nieces, Monica Jeffries, Rhonda Jeffries Adams; and a nephew, Terry England.
A memorial service will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, KY 40205. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 4, 2019 and 10:00 a.m., until the time of service, Saturday all at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
