Obituary for Patricia Sims Moore
Patricia Sims McMillen Moore Maasdorp, 68, passed away on December 24, 2018, surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin L. Moore “Buck”; son, Ronald L. McMillen; sister, Rita; and father, Robert L Sims.
She worked as an administrative assistant at Holiday Inn for over 20 years, and went on to retire from Louisville Metro Police.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Wendy A. McMillen (Raul Medina); son, William J. McMillen (Julia McDonald); mother, Edwina McDermott; sister, Lynn; grandchildren, Dakota McMillen, Tori McMillen, Zander McMillen, Renee Schuler, Brandon Shake, Mollie McMillen, Morgan McMillen, and William (Miles) McMillen; and great-grandchild, Trinity Schuler.
She was a lover of all animals, especially her dog, Tuffy.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, December 29, 1-5pm, at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
