MATTHEWS, Patricia R., 80, of Louisville KY, passed away Thursday, January 28, 2010 at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was the former Patricia R. Turpen, originally from Lexington KY., a retired secretary from J.C.P.S, and a member of Jeffersontown United Methodist Church. Patricia is preceded in death by her husband, Grady Matthews and is survived by son, Stephen Carroll (Cheryl); daughters, Stephanie Eisenback (Tim); Anita Matthews; Deborah Thompson; Pam Johnson (Doug); Mary Dunn (Lee); she also leaves behind 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held 1 p.m. on Monday, February 1, 2010 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd., with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery, 4623 Preston Highway. Visitation will be from 2-8 Sunday, January 31, 2010 at the funeral home.
