Obituary for Patricia Ann O'Brien (Crouch)
Patricia Ann Crouch O’Brien “Patti” 74, of Louisville, KY passed away peacefully with family by her side on Saturday, March 26th, 2022.
Patti was a 1966 graduate of Seneca High School and pursued a career in real estate. Her friends and family remember her as a sweet and kind woman with a joyful spirit, a big personality, and a genuine, contagious smile. She was a kindhearted woman who enjoyed cooking and arts & crafts. Over the years while battling cancer, Patti was known to surprise her healthcare nurses with treats during her visits. She enjoyed making others smile.
Patti is survived by her daughter, Shannon L. O’Brien of Louisville and son C. Kent O’Brien of San Clemente, CA. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ann Wallingford Gathof; and husband, James C. “Neil” O’Brien.
A casual graveside service will be held at 12 p.m. Wednesday, April 6th at Cave Hill Cemetery.
