Obituary for Raymond A. Fisher Sr.
Raymond A. Fisher, Sr., 98 of Louisville, passed away on Tuesday, September 20th, 2022.
He was born on January 31st, 1924 in Fairdale, KY to Claude and Pearl Fisher. He was drafted to World War II in 1942 and served three years in the Army Air Corps.
He is survived by his loving wife of 77 years, Margaret (Swinney) Fisher, one son, Raymond “Butch” Fisher, Jr., three grandchildren,Jackie, Adam and Kevin, 6 great grandchildren, Travis, Taylor, Haley, Jackson, Nolan and Carson, one great great grandchild, Oliver: three brother in laws, Jimmy, Phil and Gene, one sister, Edith as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 25th, from 1-8pm at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. Funeral Service will be 10 am Monday at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Mt. Washington, KY.
