Obituary for Richard Wayne Phelps Dmd
Dr. Richard Phelps DMD, 73 of Louisville, passed away on Thursday, December 27th in his home.
Richard was a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, he was a member of the KY Dental Association and a member of Ninth and O Baptist Church.
He was a loving Grandpa and a Loving Husband.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Richard is survived by his Loving Wife, Linda Berens Phelps, two daughters, two step-daughters, two step-sons ,17 grandchildren, one sister, Karen Black and his little friend Buddy.
Visitation will be Saturday December 29th from 9AM to 12PM with his Funeral Service to follow at 12PM at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
