WHINERY, ROBERT, 88, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2010.
He was a U.S. Navy World War II veteran and his profession was mechanical and civil engineer.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Helen Whinery, second wife, Larissa Whinery, son, Andrew B. Whinery; daughter, Elizabeth Caprini and sister Ann Murphy.
He is survived by his daughters, Pamela Knowles (Kenneth), Patricia Davidson (Joseph) and Sharon Ohrenstein (David); step-sons, D. Scott Howard and Bradley Howard (Rose Ann); brother, Samuel Whinery; 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
His funeral service will be private.
