Obituary for Roy Elizabeth (Drake) Hardesty
Roy Elizabeth "Bunny" (Drake) Hardesty, 102, of Louisville, died Saturday, July 7, 2018 at St. Matthews Care Center.
Ma Ma was an avid gardener whose life was centered around her home and family. Born in Bloomfield, KY, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Kenner Hardesty.
She is survived by her son, James Dwight Hardesty (Katy); daughters, Sherry Hart and Pat Lucas; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren, with an eighth on the way. and her beloved cat Moe.
The family would like to thank St. Matthews Care Center for their loving care.
Cremation was chosen. A private celebration of her life will be held in the near future.
