McCORD, SALLY ANN (HAGAN), 58, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, June 3, 2010.
She was a homemaker, loving wife, and devoted mother. Sally was highly involved in her children's education and actively supported their school functions. Her interests included continuing education on antiques, golf, good humor wherever she could find it, as well as her children's many sporting and music activities. She was a long-time active attendee and participant of her family's church, Bethel-St. Paul Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Ruth Hagan.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph Y. McCord, daughter, Paige Lauren McCord; son, Robert Trent McCord; sisters, Nancy Baumgartner (Louis) and Debbie Dukeman (David); and lifelong best friend forever, Debby Neyens (Ed). She is also survived by her in-laws, Buddy "Mac" and Wanda McCord, brother-in-law, Bruce McCord (Annie Laurie); sisters-in-law, Karen Ring (Al) and Cheryl Bensing (Gary) and many cousins. She was a loving aunt to her three nieces, four nephews and a great-nephew.
Her funeral service will be at noon Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Bethel St. Paul Church, 4004 Shelbyville Road with private burial in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8.m. Tuesday at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
