Obituary for Schelia Ann Comer (Purcell)
Schelia Ann Comer, 69, passed away on September 1st in Louisville, Kentucky with her daughter by her side.
Schelia was born September 26, 1952 in Amarillo, Texas. She graduated from Palo Duro High School in 1971 and carried her Northside Pride with her throughout her life. Schelia retired from Northwest Texas Hospital’s Labor and Delivery unit in 1998. She retired from her retirement job as a jewelry clerk at the Grand Street Walmart in 2014. She loved her family and she loved her Dallas Cowboys.
Schelia was preceded in death by her mother Helen Purcell and brother Jim Purcell. She is survived by her loving daughter Laci Comer of Louisville, Kentucky and her sister Carol Purcell of Amarillo. She was loved by many more family and friends. A private remembrance will be held by the family at a later date.
