Obituary for Thelma Rose Merrick
Thelma Rose Merrick (Mullins) 93, passed away on Tuesday, April 26th, 2022 in Louisville, KY.
She was born on April 6, 1929. Rose was a graduate of Presentation Academy. She was a loving wife of 74 years to Charles J. Merrick. She was a wonderful homemaker and wonderful mother to Pam Farmer (Richard), Don Merrick (Helen), Terri Pearman (Wes) and Marie Merkley (Joe). Rose was preceded in death by her daughter, Diana Davies.
She was known as “Gangi” to her 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm on Saturday, April 30th with her memorial service at 2:30 pm at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
