But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain. Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain. I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned. But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand. But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er. I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before. Condolence: To the family and friends of Tracey. I am so sorry for your loss. Tracey and I have only known each other for a short time through our meetings at KIPDA. I am the Chairman of the Regional Water Council and Tracey would take the minutes of the meeting. We would have time before and after the meetings to talk. We had a connection from the beginning when she told me that she had lived in Henry Co. for awhile when she was younger. Tracey was very excited about her job at at KIPDA.
