Obituary for Wava Ann Mullins (Musselwhite)
Wava Ann Mullins, 94 of Louisville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 24th.
She was a Loving Mother and Grandmother. She was a long time member of Buechel Park Baptist Church and taught Children’s Sunday School for many years.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 years, Jack Mullins, Jr., her parents, Albert Louis and Cora Adaline Musselwhite of Cordele, GA, one sister and three brothers.
She is survived by her son, Jack Mullins III (Donna), her daughter, Mary Sloan Lee, her grandchildren, Richard Mullins (Amanda), Jason Mullins (Kathleen), Ashley Mullins (Jenny), Emily Edwards (Trey), Aurora Mullins, Jeremy Lee, Andy Lee (CaDee) and Adam Lee (Bradey), 11 great-grandchildren, one great great-grandchild and a host of many other family and friends.
Her family would like to express their appreciation for the kind and loving care provided by the staff of Symphony at Oaklawn and Hospice.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 29th from 3 to 8PM, at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. Her Funeral Service will be Friday at 11AM at the Funeral Home, with Entombment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
