WARREN, Sue, 89, passed away February 18, 2015.
Born in Williford, Arkansas, during modest times, she was a high school basketball star. She attended Harding College. While an executive at Bennett Brothers in Chicago, she met her soul-mate, Charlie. Married in 1950, she had four daughters, Sandra, Celinda, Pamela, and Brenda. She loved her girls so. She is the reason they graduated from Vanderbilt. She travelled across America but her home will always be with her family.
She is survived by siblings, Geri Gately and Thomas Baird; her daughters (Sandi and Gary Galac, Cindy, Pam, Brenda and Jeff Hodge); and her grandchildren, Tom, Kienan, Jordyn and Kylie.
Her funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Douglass Boulevard Christian Church, with burial to follow in Bardstown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-7 pm on Saturday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
