CHAPMAN, Mary Catherine, 91, of Louisville, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Episcopal Church Home.

Born in Louisville, the former Mary Buckman worked in the Bindery Department at Standard Gravure, and was a chairperson at A. A. of Our Lady of Peace. She was a member of St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church, where she was a Eucharistic Minister.

She was preceded in death by her husband John C. Chapman; brothers, Anthony, Vincent, and David Buckman; and sister, Celestine Davis.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Linda Blecha (Edward); brother, Raymond J. Buckman (Bobbi); sisters, Gerry Hough (Bill), Mabel Mickres and JoAnn Troop (T.J.); and grandchildren, Amanda and Eddie Blecha.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at St. Louis Bertrand, 1104 S. 6th St., with entombment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8pm on Friday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
