HAMMOND, Cynthia Weber, 53, of Louisville, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at University of Louisville Hospital.
Born in Louisville, she was a homemaker and a Catholic by faith.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, John and Betty Weber.
She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Phillip Hammond; and twin boys, Taylor and Tyler Hammond.
Her funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Jeffersontown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm on Tuesday at Highlands.
