Met Doug as Fr. at UK in late '69. Over the years I have bought cars from him, watched our boys grow and play BB together, were neighbors and through it all, no better person, husband or father. He raised a great group of young men and I hope the family is comforted by knowing Doug is where he was born to be...by God's side in Heaven.
