SCHWEITZER,
Randy J., 63, of Goshen, passed away Monday, October 5, 2015 after injuries he sustained in a bicycle accident.
Born in Bardstown, KY, he was a 1970 graduate of Bardstown High School and graduate from Eastern Kentucky University in 1974 with high distinction. He was an avid bicyclist, golfer and had a history in martial arts. In 2007 Randy retired from Johnson and Johnson.
He was preceded in death by his father, James B. Schweitzer; and mother, Sally Schweitzer Potter.
Randy is survived by his loving wife, Kay Schweitzer who he married October 18, 1975; daughter, Kelly Ward (Frank); step- father, Ed Potter; brother, Ronnie Schweitzer (Jackie); sister, Sherrill Hays (Charles); and many nieces and nephews.
His memorial visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, October 8 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
