SCHULTZ, Jeffery Alan, 36, passed away suddenly on Monday, April 11, 2016 in Arizona.
He was born in Cleveland, Ohio but spent the majority of his adult life in Louisville, where he had many friends. He recently moved to Pleasanton, California where he was the Director of Product Definition and Analysis at Kaiser Permanente. Jeff was generous, happy and adventurous. He enjoyed hiking, skiing, biking, flying planes, and technology.
He is survived by his parents, Wayne and Beverly Schultz of Dayton, OH; brother, Chris Schultz (Krystal) and Gavin, Jeff’s nephew; fiancée, Lindsay Losik; aunt and uncle, Nancy and Greg Osborne; beloved dog, Ada May; and many loving extended family and friends.
Jeff’s memorial visitation will be Sunday, April 24, 2016 from 2-5 pm with a service following, at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, KY 40205.
