Please accept my sincere and heartfelt condolences at this most difficult of times and please pass these feelings onto your family. I often recall the days early in my life when he hired me on at AAF, when I was young and so immature. Through the following years his guidance along with his tremendous patience and understanding I was able to develop into a responsible mature adult. I owe much of my success in life to him. He was simply a great person to know. Phil’s memory will be forever in my heart.
